Returns & Exchanges

At Specific Gravity, we strive for precision in every fit; however, if your purchase isn't perfect, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached and garments must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include the printed packing slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
